About 50 years ago, the original owner selected this property because it sits right on the upper third of the Rainbow, offering a sweeping riverfront view. Little has changed today.

The Hebert's and Gregory's acquired the property in 2015 and initiated a six-month transformation. The bathrooms are completely redesigned, all interior surfaces have been replaced/updated, and the new kitchen has new stainless appliances. The great room and dining area showcase a vaulted ceiling, new furnishings and river decor. Two doors access raised porches that overlook our private island and swimming hole. The adjacent covered Tiki pavilion is equipped with a grill, prep table/bar and a dining table. After sunset, you may want to be entertained by 140 channels of DirecTV on a 40” flat screen TV, which includes a DVD/CD player.

The four roomy bedrooms are perfect for any family or groups of families. You determine who sleeps where. Choose from a large room with a private bath and private entrance with two queen-sized beds, or one of the two river-view bedrooms with access to brand new redesigned roomy showers. Children or adults will enjoy the “kids” room with double bunk beds and video games. All the bedrooms offer brand-new, top-of-line bedding.

Next to the front entrance you'll find a utility room that houses many of your water toys, plus a full-sized new washer & dryer. Or you may enter the property from the road and park in the carport overlooking the house.
