*Quick-Dip Escape – On occasion we will consider less than weekly rentals for a minimum of three nights should the timing of other guest rentals leave us with a less than seven-night vacancy between other guest stays. This exception only applies to last-minute reservations made no more than 21 days in advance of your planned stay. The same terms, deposits, cleaning fees and taxes apply.

The Fine Print: Published rates are subject to change until your reservation is confirmed. We accept personal or business checks only. Your booking/security deposit is refundable within 15 days of your scheduled checkout date provided the terms of our agreement are met. All rates and charges are in U.S. dollars. Payments: Your booking/security deposit guarantees your reservation together with your signed agreement and converts to your security deposit upon arrival. One-half of rental charges are due at least 60 days in advance of your arrival, with the balance due 30 days out. Cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date are 100% refundable, subject to a 5% cancellation fee or $50, whichever is greater. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, or those made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent, however, at the Homeowner’s discretion a credit for the forfeited rental fees may be granted and can be applied toward a future reservation booking at either property, subject to the then current availability and rates for that property.
